Secondary School Activity Week Programs

GVFFC has been running fly fishing programs for secondary/grammar schools for over a decade. These schools run from one day to five days making them a great ‘Activities Week’ option and once added to the program most schools come back year after year.
Some facts about fly fishing and our programs:

• Fly fishing is safe with no injuries in our 17 years of operation
• Fly fishing is an outdoor activity that gets students out into the natural environment
• Fly fishing requires lateral thinking and an acquisition of skills in a graduated step by step sequence
• Fly fishing is perfect for Year 9 students and up
• Programs run as per a school day. 9 - 12 Sessions. 12am - 1pm-lunch. 1 - 3pm Sessions.
• Accommodation is provided in the caravan park next door in the form of camping
• Professionally accredited instructors ensure quality service
• Program designed by a staff member with 25+ years experience in the Victorian Education System
